Age:14. playtime:1561 hours. i have been staff before on a darkRP but the owner turned out to be corrupt and ended up demoting everyone and losing his server. i have a mic yes but i cant use it all the time cuz audio is louder and im in the living room so the tv will be on alot. i think i should be staff  because i think ill do a great job with dealing or defusing situations like RDM or any seriouse offences and i will know the right punishment. |staff knowledge| ULX:is used for commands for example !goto [name]. Mlogs:will be used for evidence of an RDM or RDA. billlys Whitelist system:so you can make someone the rank they succesfully earn. Xban:is used for the punishment the person would get. that is an RP situation so i would let the commander demote or let CG deal with it. i would ask another staff member my situation and ask him to assist me with the sits. i would ask him to make his name the actual job he is if he dosent i would give him 3 chances to and then warn him. i would help him and tell him to type !motd and tell him what the server/RP is about i would !goto/!bring them and ask them what is this event for and tell them they cant start it without permission from staff if they dont have permission i would ask someone the actual rank to start events unless it is a another member of staff and was discussed with the higher up staff. if someone joined and started minging/trolling i would either !goto/!bring them and explain to them that they cant do that and if they carry on it may have to be a war/kick/ban depending how much and how bad it is. if someone was abusing theyre powers i would tell the higher up admins what exactly they are abusing and assist them if i am needed to. it is an RP situation so i would let fleet/CG talk to the person about it.
